Frequently Asked Questions
Can I send and reveive SMS messages in my country?
Device has a polish SIM card. If there is an agreement between country operators, then you can both send and receive SMS messages, wherever you’re location is. As far as we know in 99% cases demo unit works perfectly fine
I can not register account – why?
In most of the cases, the problem occurs when you’re trying to register a new account, by reusing the same phone number. Please retry with the new one.
Is this a demo of an app, or a demo of a device?
By registering to a demo you get an remote access to a physical device (NXS-9750), so you can try out SMSEagle features.
I can not use all functionalities – what is the problem?
That is right, as a demo, because of the security matters you can not use „Settings” in menu, and also you can not add a new users. Apart from that you get access to all SMSEagle features.
Do I get an unlimited number of sms that I can send from the demo device?
As a demo user, for the test purposes you get 30 credits. Each credit equals 1 sms. Please be aware that 1 SMS message contains up to 160 signs. If your message will be longer, you’ll consume more credits.
Can I use local / national chcaracters? (Unicode)
Yes, SMSEagle supports Unicode, so you can use special characters like: ą, Ɛ, ƣ, Ɏ, ǧ, ź, and others.
